Web Address Changes for Connext and Customer Websites

Corebridge has updated web addresses for their Connext, Life Customer site, and Annuities Customer sites.

Resolved: William Penn Drop Ticket and Credit Card Initial Payment Issues

Legal & General’s systems recently experienced two issues affecting William Penn business:

• Users were unable to submit drop tickets for William Penn in the Partner Dashboard
• Credit card payments for William Penn eDelivery policies were unable to be processed

These issues have been resolved as of February 8. 

NATIONWIDE

Nationwide Chronic Illness Rider CA Launch

The Accelerated Death Benefit for Chronic Illness Rider has been approved in California. All eligible new policies issued on or after February 19, 2024, will automatically include the rider. No additional paperwork will be required.

iGo eApp Update

In April, the iGo eApp experience will be updating the electronic signature enhancement – eSignatures will be enabled for trust and entity-owned worksheet submissions. Please contact your case management team if you have any questions.
