Gerber Life announces a change to the credit card payment process

Gerber Life Credit Card Payment Process Update

erber Life recently communicated a change in the process when Credit Card information was provided at the time of an application. If an application was submitted and in good order, the funds for payment were being held until billed. If for any reason, there was a delay in processing the application, the held funds were then automatically released within 72 hours.

We are happy to announce we are no longer holding funds for payments made by credit cards!  If credit card information is provided at the time of application, and your customer selects a future start date, the credit card will not be charged until their start date.

Please keep in mind, clients may use a bank and routing number to set up automatic payments. When this option is used, your client can receive up to an 8% discount on their premium payments.
