| Effective April 1, 2021, Providence will discontinue in all active states. In order to process existing business, applications must be submitted to the home office and dated prior to April 1, 2021. Applications received after April 1 will be returned to you unprocessed. |
| Life conversions available |
| Providence will remain available for conversions involving existing life policies. For any life conversion requests, call (800) 375-2279 and a Levinson Marketer will talk through next steps in the process. Please note there will be no commissions paid on conversion business. |
